All Blink items are printed on demand.
This means your tee isn’t sitting in a warehouse waiting to be bought. Instead, once you place an order the garment is printed and produced specifically for you before being shipped. This helps reduce waste and overproduction while ensuring each item is freshly made.
Because each item is made to order, orders typically go through two stages, three if customised:
Customisation: 1-5 business days
Production: 1–6 business days
Shipping: varies depending on location
Production time depends on order volume and quantity before your item is dispatched. Tracking details will be sent once your order ships.
Typically, non-custom orders to Australia have been arriving within 2 weeks. However, allow typically 1-3 weeks to expect your delivery.

Because Blink uses a made-to-order production process, your garment is printed after your order is placed rather than being pulled from pre-made stock.
This approach reduces waste and allows small brands like Blink to create unique designs without large inventory runs.
Our tees are designed with a relaxed, slightly oversized fit. If you prefer a regular fit, choose your usual size. If you love a looser oversized look, consider sizing up.

Our tees are made from quality cotton designed to feel soft, breathable, and comfortable for everyday wear. Specific fabric details are listed on each product page.
To keep your design looking its best:
- Wash inside out
- Use cold water
- Avoid high heat drying
- Do not iron directly on the print
Following these steps will help maintain print quality and fabric longevity.
Because most Blink items are custom made, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or mistakes entered when ordering. Please double check all spelling, names, and sizes before placing your order.
If you accidentally order the wrong size for a custom tee, we may be able to offer a discounted reprint option so you can order the correct size.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. If the problem is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Yes. Our custom designs are created specifically for the person ordering them, making them unique to you or your family. Once produced, that design isn’t available for other customers.
All Blink designs are created by Jade - a high school art teacher and mum. All graphics for the designs have been drawn digitally by hand.
Blink started as a creative project during nap times and has grown into a small brand focused on thoughtful, wearable pieces for parents and moment cherishers alike.

Blink is a small independent brand. When you order from Blink you’re supporting a creative family business - and that support means everything. (Thank you).
Some items may be produced in different facilities depending on the garment or printing requirements. When this happens, your order may be shipped in separate packages and arrive on different days.
Don’t worry if everything doesn’t show up at once - the rest of your order should be on its way.
Mock-ups are digital previews to give you an idea of how the design will look on the garment. Because screens display colours differently and garments are printed individually, there may be small variations in colour tone, print size, or placement in the final product.
These minor differences are normal and part of the printing process.
Sometimes, yes. If you’d like to include more names or words than the design listing suggests, we may be able to adjust the layout to make it work.
However, this isn’t always possible depending on the design and spacing. Please contact us via the contact form before ordering if you would like to order something outside the specified parameters.
No design proofs are provided before printing. When you place your order, you select the style and provide the details - we then take care of arranging the design to suit the garment and layout. Part of the Blink experience is trusting the creative process. Your finished piece will be a fun surprise when it arrives.
By ordering, you acknowledge that final design layout and placement are at Blink Apparel’s discretion.
If you notice a mistake in your order details, please contact us via email as soon as possible with the correction. Custom designs are typically not processed for at least 24 hours after an order is placed, so we may still be able to update the details if you reach out quickly.
However, once a design has been completed and sent to production, we’re unable to make changes. Please double-check spelling, names, and uploaded images carefully before placing your order, as customers are responsible for ensuring all details are correct at checkout.
For the best results, uploaded images should be clear, well-lit, and high quality. If an uploaded handprint, or other image is too low resolution or unclear for printing, we may need to adjust the design slightly to make it work.
In rare cases where the image cannot be used at all, we may contact you to request a new file. To help avoid delays, please upload the clearest version of your image possible.
