If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank without first contacting Blink Apparel to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the claim with evidence including:

• Production records

• Shipping and tracking information

• Delivery confirmation

Submitting a chargeback for a legitimate order that has been produced and shipped may be considered fraudulent activity.

Custom Order Policy

Blink Apparel specialises in personalised apparel.

By placing a custom order, you agree to the following terms.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

• All spelling is correct

• Names are entered correctly

• Images uploaded are correct

• Sizing selections are correct

Blink Apparel cannot offer refunds or replacements for customer errors.

Design Adjustments

Graphics selected for custom tees will remain the same design.

However, placement and sizing of graphics may be adjusted to best suit the personalised text provided.

This helps ensure the final design looks balanced and professionally finished.

Design Approval

Blink Apparel does not send design proofs for approval before printing.

By placing an order, you agree to trust Blink Apparel to complete your design to the best of our ability.

Order Changes

If you notice a mistake in your order, please contact us immediately.

We will attempt to make changes where possible.

However, once an order has entered production, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Inappropriate Content

Blink Apparel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order containing text or content we deem inappropriate, offensive, or harmful.

If an order is cancelled for this reason, a refund will be issued.
