Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days and are then shipped.
Custom items may require additional design time before production begins. We ask you allow 1-5 business days for custom tee's to be sent off for processing.
Signature tees do not require customisation but are still subject to production times set by our printing partner.
Please note that processing times may be affected by peak seasons, public holidays, or manufacturing closures such as Chinese New Year.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier, customs processing, and local postal services.
Split Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages.
This can occur when items are produced in different facilities or shipped from different locations.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, Blink Apparel is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.
If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Blink Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
